No. Permanence is the point. You can update drafts before checkout, but once submitted it cannot be changed by anyone ever again.

Currently there is a technical limit of 80 bytes per message. This limit will fall in November 2025, and from then on, pricing will depend on message length. All packages purchased now will stay valid after the change.
We want to offer our users the best possible experience, so we will absorb short-term fee swings to submit as fast as possible. In rare cases we might temporarily adjust prices or halt submission for a short period until fees stabilize but you will be notified in advance.
